Hi, I’m Lynn Richardson and I am the owner and lead handyman for the family owned and operated Good Neighbor Home Repair & Fencing. With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction, repair and home maintenance I am your "go to" person for most if not all home projects. I began my career in the construction industry in new home construction, working with all the trades, framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring and installation of windows, doors and trim. When I got my start in construction, I was fortunate to work with and be trained by "Contractors" that were talented and well versed in most aspects of construction. I have carved out a niche in the greater Boise area doing the jobs that most won't, no job is too small or large for me. I work with several realtors, homeowners and home inspectors getting their real-estate prepared and in compliance for sale. I pride myself in providing high-quality production within the greater Treasure Valley servicing Boise, Garden Valley, Eagle and Nampa areas, I don't over extend myself allowing me to stay focused on the projects at hand.

HOW FREE ESTIMATES WORK:
I will evaluate the size and scope of the project. If we agree on the project, I will provide a written "estimate" For Labor and materials.
For new clients there will be a $75.00 fee for the written estimate.
Upon completion of the project the $75.00 fee will be Credited toward the project final cost.

I am available for projects big or small. If you have a simple repair or a small project, such as a light fixture installed, I can usually get to it within a couple of days. Larger projects can be estimated and a timeline developed to minimize disruption of your household. I am a homeowner and I understand how inconvenient home improvement projects can be.
